May 3, 2005 On April 21, 2005, we received our UN number for the 3.5 gallon thru 7 gallon with a 70mm neck finish. We are currently in full production and our equipment is running even better than we expected. Our new production technology has certainly paid off as we have experienced very few start-up issues in our manufacturing processes and are producing a very steady and consistent container. The 300 points of programming in the parison flow has not only produced a consistent resin distribution but has also dramatically reduced the tendency for neck finishes to ovalize. For our customers that means they are getting a container with flat side panels and a neck finish that makes it easy to apply the cap and seal. Due to the tremendous response in the market place, we have started a second shift to meet orders and begin producing customer stock for shorter lead-times. We would like to thank all the customers that have placed orders a given us a chance to supply their container needs.
