July 1, 2005 It is hard for all of us at KLW Plastics to believe that just two months ago we produced our first order of tight-head containers. Thanks to all of our customers and our dedicated employees, things are going better than we could have ever imagined. We are currently producing 20 hours a day/ 5 days a week and in July we are planning on beginning a 24/7 production schedule. In keeping with our commitment to our customers, KLW Plastics has purchased additional manufacturing equipment to assure our customers that they will continually receive the highest quality containers in the marketplace with reliable on time shipments. Our new manufacturing equipment will incorporate a state of the art visual detection system that will inspect every container for neck finish ovality, sidewall paneling as well as excess trim flash. This technology, coupled with our advanced blow molding systems is just another step that we are taking to assure our customers that they will be consistently receiving the highest quality container available. Not only is KLW Plastics growing in terms of production output but our product line as well. We have recently received our UN Certification for the 63mm crimp, 70mm fine thread tamper evident and 76mm course thread tamper evident neck finishes.
